In catering, the menu is only part of your catering bill. We determine our pricing based on several factors:
Generally delineated as a price per person. For the majority of our weddings, our dinner menus range from $18 to $40 per guest. Corporate and social event menu pricing ranges from $5 to $50 per person.
Staffing is a separate charge on your proposal. This includes your event captain, who runs the event, culinary staff, attendants and bartenders, if necessary. We determine this based on the size and scope of your event. Our staff sets up your event, serves and cleans up after guests, and then returns the space back to the original condition or better than it was found in.
Rentals are itemized on your proposal. Depending on what your venue offers, we coordinate the rental of linens, plates, napkins, glassware, and even tables in some cases.

Venue fees, if charged, and applicable local taxes are applied. We also apply gratuity to all staffed events on food and service only.
