We used Mavis twice on different occasions. The first time was a birthday dinner for my husband. We were very impressed w/ Mavis’ cooking. I usually make reservations at a nice restaurant, but the food and the entire night was far superior than going out to eat. Mavis suggested different sides/ sauces based on what we liked. She was happy to fix anything I wanted. The food she prepared was the equivalent of a 5 star restaurant. We could relax while she was fixing dinner. Her friendly personality makes the experience so much fun.
The second time Mavis cooked for us was for a Cinco de Mayo party. She made the burritos, homemade salsa, and desserts. Everyone at the party kept saying how good the food was. It was so nice- I cleaned for the party but didn’t have to do much grocery shopping nor cooking.
